Test 2

What are we responsible to know for this upcoming test? I know there is a basic outline for what we need to know for this week's test but sometimes not everything will be covered.

My TA said that the main topics covered on this test are photoelectric effect, De Broglie wavelength, Heisenberg uncertainty, Atomic spectra, and quantum numbers.

I would focus on the topics explored in the last four video modules and all the information given up until Friday's lecture.

Do we know if the test will be in a similar format to test one (same number of questions and all free response)?

Adding onto this, my TA said that test 2 is going to be a lot more conceptual based, so I think it's important to study the concepts that Lavelle goes through in class.

The tests will always be free response and should be about the same length as Test 1.
