What is the difference between the electromagnetic field and the magnetic field?

electromagnetic field- a field of force that consists of BOTH electric and magnetic components. Results from motion of electric charge and contains a definite amount of electromagnetic energy.
magnetic field- a region around a magnetic material or a moving electric charge within which the force of magnetism acts.
