Quick question on equations
Just to clarify, we are going to be expected to know the equations we have been given in class regarding light, energy, etc. right? Just asking because on the test they did give us an equation sheet with most of the equations.

Re: Quick question on equations
It is definitely better to know the equations and have them memorized but I believe that most equations will be provided in the first sheet of any test given.

Re: Quick question on equations
I'm sure that if we are given the equations we are then expected to know what the variables mean and how to use them to solve the problems.
Re: Quick question on equations
They're given on the Constants and Equations sheet found on Dr. Lavelle's website so they (probably) will be given to us on tests(?), but it wouldn't hurt to memorize them! :)

Re: Quick question on equations
I remember being told that we will always be given an equation sheet. as someone else already mentioned, the equation sheet will not give us what the variable is and therefore we will have to know what those mean

Re: Quick question on equations
It might be useful to know some of the basic equations just to make the calculations faster, but there will be an equation sheet on tests.
