Speed of radiation
When does the speed of radiation decrease? What has to happen in order for it to decrease?

Re: Speed of radiation
EM radiation doesn't change speed. Light always travels at 3.0x10^8. This is why the equation c=(lambda)v is viable.

Re: Speed of radiation
Radiation is a form of light, just not visible light. The speed will not change in a vacuum, but it will change as it passes through a different medium, such as glass.

Re: Speed of radiation
The speed of EM radiation will always be the speed of light (c) when in a vacuum. However, when this radiation passes through other mediums, it will slow down as it will interact with other particles/atoms/molecules in the medium.
