Hi,

Will we be getting an equation sheet for all the equations relating to light and with the constants that we need to use?

My TA mentioned in our discussion section that we're supposed to print the formula sheet from the class website and bring that with us to the midterm. Anything that we need on the midterm that is not on the sheet will be given on the test.

Thank you so much! In the lecture where Dr. Lavelle talked about Wave Properties of Electrons, he used the mass of an electron in a De Broglie wavelength example. I was confused because I didn't remember him telling us what the mass of an electron was, but then realized it was on the equation sheet.

Hello! We are able to use an equation sheet on the exam, but we have to print it out ourselves. Hope this helps.

The equation sheet, as well as a periodic table, are available on Dr. Lavelle's website. Our TA said these must be printed out to be used during the exams if needed.
