I think there is a problem with the answer's units in the back of the book for (b). The question asks for picometers and the answer states the units in nanometers.

I saw that too. I got 150 picometers as my answer (the problem had asked for the answer to be in picometers), but the back of the textbook had 150 nanometers as the answer. We did the problem in my discussion, and my TA solved out the problem to be 150 picometers as well. I'm just going to guess that it was an error.
