respondus not loading

respondus not loading

is anyone else having issues with loading the midterm practice problem on respondus? I've tried multiple times but I only see a white screen and in the upper right corner, when I hover over an icon, it says that the site is blocked or something similar to that. does anyone know what to do to fix this?

I was having trouble downloading the software, so I had to go into my settings and change some stuff in the privacy settings. I had to manually "allow" the software to be downloaded.
