Would we have to memorize the electromagnetic spectrum chart for the midterm?

Hi! I would also like some clarification for this question but my TA said that we would have to know general ranges for the different types of radiation.

Does this include things like knowing the ranges of radios waves or x-rays?

Yes! You did need to understand the different ranges for all kinds of radiation in the EM spectrum and have a general knowledge of the number values in the case there were questions specifically comparing radiations that had closer values in ranges. For the final, I would try to memorize it just in case :-) Hope everything worked out in the end!
