What is necessary to know for final?

Postby JasmineReyes-2K » Sun Nov 28, 2021 10:11 pm

Can anyone tell me what I most definitely need to know well for the final? I am lost with content and what to study now

I would focus on quantum because we spent the most time on it, but honestly everything is necessary to know

I would say quantum is probably pretty important, but I would also focus more on the things we have recently learned like acids and bases because it will probably highlight those cause we haven't been tested on them yet.

I recommend looking over the outlines to figure out what to study. However, probably focus the most on quantum since we spent the most time on it

I would focus a lot on the last couple of units since that's what we haven't been tested on yet, so that would include coordination compounds and acids/bases. Reviewing a little bit on each outline is also probably a good idea though.

I would start with the longer units. I've heard they may possibly be weighted by the units we spent the longest with. That being said, I would spend some time reviewing the concepts for our midterms. Spend more time on the newest topics as this is all new info that we have not been tested on. I know it isn't helpful to say everything, but specifically, if you haven't watched the review session on Bruincast, I would watch that to see what the Professor went over in his general review. I think it could also be helpful to attend one of the sessions tomorrow as they will also be going over what is important for the final! Hope this helps some :)

I think the outlines are really helpful. But because it's cumulative anything from the quarter could be on there. I think Quantum and acids and bases are the most prevalent topics though.
