Can someone please explain how to do problem 14.37?

Identify the half reactions associated with the problem, balance the redox reactions. Figure out the cell potential values of these reactions by looking at appendix B. Decide which one is to be the anode, which one to be the cathode. The higher absolute value will be the anode. Figure out the total cell potential of the system with the two values given. Utilize the Nernst equation, the n will be the number of moles of electrons moved. for the K value, set up an equilibrium, concentrations of products over concentrations of reactants. Plug in all associated values to find the potential of each cell.
