When you reverse standard cell potentials, do the signs change?

When you reverse the direction of a half reaction, you also change the sign of the reaction potential.

Reversing a half-reaction means your cell potential's sign will be reversed. If the cell potential sign is not already negative, then yes reversing the sign will make the cell potential negative.

Yes, mathematically you are also switching the Eº for each side.
