How is std cell potential calculated from cell diagrams?

From looking at the cell diagram, you should be able to determine which is the anode and the cathode. Once you figure that out and you figure out the half reactions of those molecules, you can search up the E cell / reduction potential of each half reaction. With that information, you should be able to determine the standard cell potential. Hope that helps! xoxoxo

As said above you get the cell potentials of the cathode and anode then do E(standard)=E(cathode)-E(anode).
