d) Pt(s)|O2(g) | H(^+) (aq)| OH(^-1) (aq) | O2(g) | Pt(s)

I am having a really hard time locating the unbalanced reduction and oxidation reactions, and since I have O2 going to H(^+) and OH(^-1) going to O2, how would I balance these? Like does the hydrogen get balanced first or oxygen?

It is H2O going to H+ and O2 on the anode, while H2O and O2 going to OH- on the cathode
