What's the difference between a galvanic cell and a voltaic cell?

They are the same thing, just with two different names.

They are the same, but referred to with two different named because they are named after Luigi Galvani and Alessandro Volta.

A voltaic cell refers to a galvanic cell and vice versa. A voltaic, aka a galvanic, cell is an electrochemical cell that derives electrical energy from the redox reactions within the cell.

A Galvanic cell and a voltaic cell are the same thing. There are other cells, though, such as an electrolytic cell.
A Galvanic/voltaic cell converts chemical energy into electrical energy. An electrolytic cell uses electrical energy to drive a non-spontaneous reaction i.e. converts electrical energy into chemical energy.
