Cell Diagrams: Solids in different phases

Postby Jeannine 1I » Fri Mar 15, 2019 2:07 pm

So to clarify from what Dr. Lavelle said today during the review session, can it be said that in cell diagrams, if there are multiple solids on one side, they will always be separated by "|" and never by a comma? Or can this only be applied when one solid is an electrode, and the other is in solution?

They will always be separated because solids can't mix.
