For E° when is the case that we do not flip its sign even if we reversed the reaction?

Most of the time, we flip the reduction half-reaction so we can use it as the oxidation half-reaction and many times, when we flip it, it becomes negative. However, when we want to calculate standard cell potential, we subtract E(anode) from E(cathode), so the negative values gets canceled out, and we are essentially adding them.
