I think it's 5 posts per week by Sunday night (every week of the quarter).

The posts are usually counted at the end of the quarter. You should do 5/week to stay on track, but as long as you have 50 by the end of the quarter and you didn't do a bunch of them at the same time, you'll be good.

The posts are checked after midnight every Sunday; so you have to submit 5 posts between Monday to the end of Sunday.

It depends on your TA and when they check their student's post.

One week of Chemistry Community post starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. You should have a total of 5 posts per week for ten weeks making you a total of 50 points for discussion.

Our TA said that there's a system that automatically checks your chemistry community posts.

Its 5 posts per week and the week ends on Sunday but at the end of the quarter you should have 50 posts total.
