Write the half-reactions and the balanced equation for the cell reaction for each of the following galvanic cells:
(d) Pt(s) | O2 (g) | H+ (aq) || OH- (aq) | O2 (g) | Pt (s)

For the oxidation half reaction for the anode, how do you know that O2 (g) and H+ (g) are the reactants and that H2O is the product when H2O is not included in the cell diagram? Also, how would you write the reduction half reaction for the cathode for this problem?

H2O will commonly not be included in the cell diagram but use the given information about the reactants and the information in Appendix 2B (standard potential table for various reactions) to figure out what equations you can write with the given reactants.
