Galvanic vs Voltaic Cells

Can someone explain the differences between galvanic and voltaic cells?

Galvanic and voltaic cells are the same thing, but with different names. However, in comparison to galvanic cells, electrolytic cells convert electrical energy into chemical energy while galvanic cells convert chemical energy into electrical energy.

from what i remember, galvanic and voltaic cells are the exact same thing

There is no difference between the two and they are considered to be a "battery" because of converting chemical energy to electrical energy.
