Affecting E cell

How does changing concentration of reactants or products in a reaction effect E cell?

Standard cell potential is an intensive property so it's independent of concentrations of reactants and products. As for cell potentials, apply Nernst equation and you should be good!

If the reaction was at equilibrium, changing the concentrations will shift the equilibrium and change from standard E cell to E cell.

Changing the concentrations of the Ecell will change it from Ecell Standard to Ecell

Standard E cell will not change but E cell itself will change. The equation E = E* - (RT/Fn)lnQ, where Q involves concentrations of reactants and products, shows that concentration affects E cell.
