I have trouble with the understanding of cation and anion flow within a galvanic cell. Also, for the salt bridge, which way would the cations and anions flow through it?

Electrons will always flow from the anode to the cathode, and movement through the salt bridge depends on of the charge of molecules getting added to the solution (cations will flow towards increasing negative charge/decreasing positive molecules, and anions will flow towards increasing positive charge).
