Multiplying Cathode Equation

Why doesn't multiplying the equation of the cathode change the Eº of the cathode?

I think it is because E is an intensive property, meaning that does not depend on the system size or the amount of material in the system

I agree. E is an intensive property which makes it independent of the mass.
