How did they get n = 6 moles for the delta G calculation?

When you write out the half-reactions,

oxidation: 2Hg --> Hg2^2+ +2e-
reduction: NO3- + 4H+ + 3e- --> NO + 2H2O

The lowest possible number of moles of electrons is 6.
