### molar convention for the reaction Gibbs free energy

Is there anything significant that changes in our calculations if we use the molar convention for finding the reaction Gibbs free energy?

I am not sure exactly what you mean by molar convention. The standard reference state for thermodynamic quantities is 1 M and this should not change calculations.
