A negative Gibb's Free Energy means that the reaction is spontaneous and the reverse reaction is nonspontaneous. A -E value means that a reaction is nonspontaneous and the reverse is spontaneous.

Is the reverse also true? Does a +G mean that the forward reaction is nonspontaneous but the reverse reaction is spontaneous?

yeah exactly, when delta G is negative, the forward reaction is spontaneous
and when delta G is positive, the reverse reaction is spontaneous
and when delta G is positive, the reverse reaction is spontaneous
