Calculating values in nerst

How do you find what the value of n in the denominator is? Also how do you find out the concentrations for the value of Q?

n is the number of electrons transferred in the balanced redox reaction. From the balanced redox reaction, you can determine which species are the products and which are the reactants. Then you put them into the equation . The concentrations will usually be given to you, unless you are supposed to solve for them.
