Where could E° for the half reactions be found? The formula/data sheet in the front only gives the E° for Al2O3 -->2Al, not Al3+ -->Al. However, they happen to have the same E° of 1.66V?

In general, the half reactions and their corresponding reduction potentials will be given to us via formula/data sheet. In this case however, it is unnecessary to even know the reduction potentials of the reaction, as the standard cell potential will ultimately be 0 since the two half reactions are the same, and thus will cancel each other out.

Since this is a concentration cell problem, E0 will be zero. This will always be the case when dealing with concentration cells.
