Because ΔGo= -nFEo = -RTlnK,

-nFEo = -RTlnK

When standard cell potential is positive, K>1

When standard cell potential is negative, K<1

For positive Eo, larger the standard cell potential of a reaction, the larger the equilibrium constant.

Are Q and K interchangeable?

no, K is the equilibrium constant while Q is when the rxn is not at equilibrium
