Variations of Nernst Equation

I was looking over some lecture notes on the Nernst Equation and was a little bit confused about something. We learned that E=E°-(2.303RT/nF)logQ. Can someone clarify where the 2.303 value comes from?

2.303 is the value to convert lnQ to logQ
