Does a standard potential of a cell occur under certain pH conditions?
Similar to the conditions 25 degrees celsius, 1 bar, etc.

I was wondering about this too, but the textbook doesn't mention anything about pH as an aspect of standard conditions for electrochemical cells.

standard potentials occur at 1 bar and when the substances in question are at their most stable states

As far as I can tell, pH is specific to solutions, such as an aqueous solution of HCl- at standard pressure and temperature wont be the same as any kind of bases and I'm pretty sure it would be a complicated precess to regulate this. So Im pretty are the answer is no

I believe standard potentials occur when the substances are in their stable states at 25 degrees Celsius.
