T will usually be a given temperature and R is a constant on the formula sheet.
R= 8.314JK^-1mol^-1
R= 8.314JK^-1mol^-1

I think we would use the value 8.314 J/mol.K for R and assume 298K for T unless the problem says otherwise

For the quiz 2, we were supposed to assume standard conditions and that is why the temperature was 25 degrees Celsuis or 298K.
