Nernst Equation

Does n in the Nernst equation represent the number of electrons?

it represents the number of moles. however, you find this by balancing the equation and taking the number of electrons into account so that it's balanced.

yes, it's the number that cancels out when you balance a redox reaction by writing out its oxidation/reduction half-reactions
