If Ecell > E°cell what does this mean in relationship to deltaG. And likewise if Ecell < E°cell, what does this mean to deltaG?

I was wondering the same thing. I know that if the reaction is spontaneous and delta G is negative, the E must be positive because of Nernst equation. But I am not sure for if E cell < Estandard Cell.

When Ecell>E°cell, you are favoring product formation. AN increase in product concentration leads to an increase in delta G. Based on the equation, an increase in delta G would yield an increase in E cell so they are directly related! As for Ecell<E°cell, you are favoring reactant formation, which then lowers the value of cell potential.
