E cell

Will Ecell stays the same as the reactions go on or the value goes to 0 as it becomes equilibrium?

Ecell= E*cell- (RT/nF)lnQ. When a redox reaction is at equilibrium, DeltaG=0, Q=K, and there is no net transfer of electrons. When there is no net change in the number of electrons, Ecell=0 and then our equation turns into E*cell=(RT/nF)lnQ. So yes, Ecell will decrease to reach 0 but also keep in mind you get another equation from this too.

Should it be lnK or lnQ when it reaches equilibrium or the two have the same value.

When a reaction reaches equilibrium, the reaction quotient Q (which you solve for the same way as K, but Q is for any stage of the reaction) is equal to the equilibrium constant K. So, lnK and lnQ have the same value.
