Is the method for writing out cell potentials for concentration cells the same as standard galvanic cells?

Yes, I believe they only taught us one way to write a cell diagram, so we can use it for both.

Yes it is the same, the right side consist of the reduction reaction (cathode) and the left side consist of the oxidized reaction (anode)
