Ecell[o] is the standard cell potential; basically the calculated cell potential in standard conditions, which you find using standard reduction potentials. Ecell is the cell potential outside of these standard conditions, which you can use Ecell[o] to find this nonstandard potential.

Ecell o is the standard cell potential in standard conditions using standard reduction cell potentials. Ecell is the cell potential not in standard conditions.

E cell naught is calculated in standard conditions and can be calculated by the standard reduction potentials. E cell is the cell potential when it's not under standard conditions and can be calculated from the equation: Ecell = Ecell(naught) -RT/(nF)lnQ.
