for the value of Q, I know it uses the concentration of products and reactants; but for the coefficients, would we need to raise it to the power of the balanced redox reaction?

Yes! The coefficients represent the power the concentrations are raised to

Yes, and also make sure you write out the chemical reaction to find out which are the products and the reactants. Q = products/reactants.
