Textbook 6O.1

Hi! Can someone please explain the textbook problem 6O.1, I am having trouble understanding how to choose the cathode/anode, specifically for this problem the anode. Thank you!

This wasn't one of the assigned problems, but you are supposed to look at the reduction potentials (Ecell) from the given table of values and the one with the most positive is the cathode.
