Calculating the value of the rate constant

From question 11, Quiz 2 Preparation Winter 2015, it asks us to find the value of the rate constant at 770 K. How would we do that when they give us two rate constants at different temperatures. Are we supposed to find the change in rate constants or what?

You would just use the Arrhenius Equation but twice. Basically what you want to do is have
Where Ea is the same for both k (activation energy remains constant at different temperatures) and R is the gas constant. Also, you are given all the variables except for one of the k's and you solve for it.
