What was your favorite chem topic?
After taking Dr. Lavelle's 14A and 14B class, what was your favorite chem topic so far?

I really enjoyed molecular shape/structure from 14a and chemical equilibrium/electrochem from 14b!

I liked chemical equilibrium because it was so easy. However, conceptually, I found galvanic cells to be really cool. Did I know how to solve them? No. But did I think they were interesting? Yes.

Re: What was your favorite chem topic?
Coordination compounds were such a pain to memorize at first, but after I memorized how to do them I felt like I could actually vibe with chem. Still slightly disappointed that they never appeared in our 14A final, haha.
Also, like many people have commented, chemical equilibrium <3!

I think quantum from 14A was my favorite and I love chemical equilibrium from 14B!

Electrochemistry was my favorite, seemed to be the easiest as well.

I loved Chemical Equilibrium! I thought it was pretty straightforward and for some reason I found it fun to imagine how equations would shift around depending on the reactant/product concentrations.

Honestly, I was pretty fond of Molecular shape and structure back in 14A. Not my best unit, but I had a lot of fun.

once I got the hang of it, Electrochemistry was by far my favorite!

I think it'd have to be equilibrium. For some reason ICE tables are so satisfying to me.

Electrochemistry! I think I dreaded it going into it because I always found it confusing before, but I put extra effort into studying and understanding it before Test 2 and now it’s the topic I’m the most comfortable with haha.

Probably Electrochemistry, initially I thought cell diagrams were impossible to understand but after learning them I finally began to enjoy it lol

I would have to chemical equilibrium or electrochemistry. I feel like I didn't learn these well in high school and 14 B really helped me understand them better

Definitely Enjoyed Kinetics from 14B the most, and I especially loves molecular shape and structure from 14A. I am a visual learner
