The question includes 3 reactant, where A is first order, B is second order, and C is zero order. Part b asks you to write the rate law for the reaction. The answer doesn't include the concentration of C, but if we did in an answer, would it be marked wrong?

Most likely would be marked wrong, as C being zero order indicates that it will not affect the rate law. If you wrote it, you would prob have to put a 0 as the exponent for it, otherwise it would look like it was being included as first order according to C.

Most likely, because zero order reactions don't contribute to reaction rate.

Because C is essentially zero order, it would be best to leave it off. If you leave it in the rate law, you would need an exponent of a 0 essentially indicating that it is independent of rate. Otherwise, you would probably be marked off for leaving it in.
