Determining Order

How do you determine order of a reaction?

let's say: rate = [A]^m * [B]^n

the order of reaction = m + n

^^ like they said, and how you determine the m and n is the coefficients of the reactants in the overall reaction

Can the order keep increasing? Or do they stop at two?

Order can be higher than two, but they become less common the higher order you go. It is harder for three molecules to collide than for two molecules to collide. The same goes for higher orders.
