In regards to the question:
With respect to [C3H6O], determine the order of the reaction and calculate its rate constant by making three separate plots. Be sure to label the vertical axes along with title to indicate whether the plot is to test for 0th, 1st, or 2nd order. Add umbers to the y-axis.

.... What were the explicit steps taken in finding the rate constant with the information?

You know that the reaction is first order because it's the only graph that is able to produce a straight line. Also, we know that m=-k for 1st order rates, so now to find k, you simply find the slope of the 1st order graph, which you can do by using m=(delta y/delta x).
