What phases we don't include in finding Keq?

Which phases do we not use when calculating Keq? I know we don't use solids, but what else?

Normally, you don't include solids in equilibrium equations, nor H2O. Generally, all included species are in the same state (not always), and are either aqueous (Molar), or gaseous (Partial pressure).
