Is it necessary, when using "Method 1" (using initial concentrations to find rates and constants), to convert all of the concentrations to mol/L instead of mmol/L? Will the final answer be different?
Thanks!

Re: Units for Concentration
I don't think it matters, you should just know which ones u were working with to match the units!

Yes, I don't think it matters because you aren't using constants with fixed units and if you are consistent with what you're working with it should be fine.

Re: Units for Concentration
Unless the problem specifies units, it doesn't matter whether you use mol/L or mmol/L because the answers will be equivalent.

Re: Units for Concentration
Just make sure all your units match but other than that, I don't think the answer has a preferred unit.
