Homework 15.17 6th Edition

For problem 17 in the 6th edition, part a asks us to find the order for each reactant and the overall order of the reaction. When finding the order with respect to A, I assume that we need to look at experiments 2 and 4, but the concentrations for C are different. Is this a typo?

check to see the order for the reactant C. If reactant C iz zero order, than it doesn't matter what concentration C is because it has no effect on the rate
