units of T
Does it matter if time is in min/sec/hr if the question doesn't specifically state what it wants?

Re: units of T
Generally, time is in seconds, so it would be easier to convert all units to seconds.

Re: units of T
You should use seconds since the reaction rate is usually in moles/L*s and the reaction constants are derived using those units in mind (e.g. 1st order rate constant units are in 1/s since 1/s multiplied by concentration to the first power (moles/L) equals moles/L*s)

Make sure units are consistent in all your calculations. Generally, time should be reported in seconds.

Re: units of T
It is almost always seconds, but the problem typically specifies. It's usually best to write units with each step though, so that way it can easily be converted to another unit if necessary.
