Do graphs only show the order with respect to a specific reactant? For example, if we are given a linear plot of 1/[A] by time, we can infer the reaction is second order. But do we know whether other species are involved besides A? Is it possible that there is a species B involved which is first order (just as an example), making the entire thing third order? Or would 1/[A] not be a linear graph then?
