Why is it important to have zero order? If its zero.

Zero order is important because it tell us that there might be an enzyme or catalyst involved, since they can be saturated and as a result, changing the concentration of a zero-order reactant will not increase the rate of reaction.

Zero order just means the rate of the reaction does not depend on the concentration of reactants. Increasing the concentration of reactants would not increase the reaction rate. This is different from first order and second order reactions that both depend on the concentration of reactants.

Zero order reactions/reactants are still necessary molecules in the reaction pathway, they just don't have an effect on the rate constant.
