Meaning of Zero, First, and Second Order?
What exactly does it mean if a reaction is zero, first, or second order?

the order of a reaction depends on how the concentrations of reactants affect the rate of the reaction. if the reactant concentration does not impact the rate, it is zero order (rate = k). if there is a linear relationship, where the rate and concentration have a direct correlation, it is first order (rate = k[A]). second order would be rate = k[A]^2

Remember you can also relate order numbers to individual reactants themselves or also the overall reaction order.

To figure out the order, you would keep in mind that the graph you need to take into consideration is concentration over time.
